What’s Covered

Protection from mechanical breakdowns of your vehicle’s major powertrain components:

  • Engine – cylinder block, heads, internal lubricated parts, timing components, turbo/supercharger housings and internal parts when factory-equipped.
  • Transmission (automatic, manual, CVT) – case and all internal lubricated parts, torque converter, mounts.
  • Drive Axles – front and rear: housings, internal lubricated parts, bearings, CV/UV joints and shafts.
  • Seals & Gaskets – when required to complete a covered repair.

What’s Not Covered

Common exclusions include:

  • Maintenance items & wear parts – oil, filters, spark plugs, belts, hoses, wiper blades, brake pads/rotors, tires, clutches, etc.
  • Fluids unless required for a covered repair.
  • Non-powertrain parts – electrical accessories, infotainment, body components, suspension (unless explicitly included in your contract).
  • Damage from misuse, neglect, or improper repairs.
  • Ineligible vehicles – EVs, commercially used vehicles, and modified vehicles.

  • New vehicles only purchased from Apple Autos.
  • Vehicle exclusions: EVs, commercial use, and modified vehicles.

How to Keep Coverage Active

  • Maintenance interval: 12 months OR 10,000 miles or as recomended by the manufacturer (whichever comes first).
  • Grace window: within 1,500 miles or 30 days of the required interval.
  • Service anywhere: any licensed repair facility is acceptable—keep receipts with date & mileage.

How to Use Your Warranty

  1. If you experience a powertrain issue, schedule a visit with any Apple Autos service location.
  2. Provide your maintenance records (receipts with date and mileage).
  3. Our team will diagnose and coordinate with the warranty administrator for claim authorization.

What does a lifetime powertrain warranty include?

Do I have to service at Apple Autos?

No. You may use any licensed repair facility. Keep receipts with the date and mileage. Powertrain inspections every 30,000 miles must be performed at Apple Autos.

Are EVs, commercial, or modified vehicles covered?

No. EVs, commercially used vehicles, and modified vehicles are excluded.

What maintenance is required?

Service your vehicle every 12 months or 10,000 miles (whichever comes first) and stay within a 1,500-mile or 30-day grace window. Keep all receipts with date and mileage.

What can void coverage?

Missing required services or inspections, using the vehicle for excluded purposes, or modifying the vehicle can jeopardize eligibility.

What isn’t covered?

Maintenance items and wear parts, fluids (unless part of a covered repair), non-powertrain components, and damage from misuse/neglect. See “What’s Not Covered.”
